1. Q - When will my order arrive?
1. A - Most goods are shipped next business day and should arrive within 3 working days of ordering

2. Q - I have not received my order?
2. A - If you have not received your goods by the expected time, please contact us, we will ensure your issue is resolved

3. Q - I have received my goods but there is missing parts?
3. A - We endeavor to quality check all items before dispatch, however, in some instances parts may be missing, please contact us advising which part is missing and we will send out a replacement as soon as possible

4. Q - I have received my item, but wish to return it?
4. A - If the item is unwanted. we will send out a return instructions via email, please choose a courier and send goods back to us in a resellable condition, once received and inspected we will refund minus delivery cost

5. Q - I have received my item but it is damaged?
5. A - In the unfortunate case if this was to happen, we will offer the following :
         a) Replacement damaged part, if a part is damaged.
         b) Replacement item, if the full item is not usable.
         c) A collection of the faulty item and a full refund
